EA Sports released a new trailer for NHL 13 today. This new trailer is the first to feature actual gameplay from NHL 13 and the Gameplay Producer Ben Ross will break down situations and how the AI reacts to human controlled opponents on the default difficulty. In the past the default difficulty has usually been pretty suspect when it came to taking advantage of the AI as a human controlled team. This could result in money goals and some ugly crooked scores on the scoreboard.

The new AI seems to be able to defend and react ahead of some of the money manuevers of the past. You'll actually have to create scoring opportunities now and truly beat the goalie. Check out the trailer below and see for yourself.
