| XXLGaming started in April
of 2005 as Fast And Forza. CrazyCougar has funded
and coded the site since its inception. It was
originally a site dedicated to the original Xbox
and Forza Motorsport. At that time we ran a weekly
race series which had anywhere from 10-20 people
participating each week. As time rolled by,
members suggested that we try a NCAA Football
league as well. With the new football league,
which was small, we decided to change the name of
FastandForza.net to XXLGaming.com. And so
XXL was born. Madden came along shortly after the
NCAA league, as well as a full blown fishing tour
using Pro Fishing Challenge.
In November of 2005, the Xbox 360 launched and
divided many of our members between the original
Xbox and the new Xbox 360. Some were able to get a
system on launch day, while others had to wait
months before getting their hands on a system. But
the transition had begun from an original Xbox
Site to an Xbox 360 site.
Now here we are. We run a league for most of
the major sports, as well as a new fishing league,
but this time we're fishing for crab using
Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm. We have an active
community of forum posters and league participants
that is continually growing. We definitely pride
ourselves on providing a fun league atmosphere for
all of our members, and that will always be our
main goal.
XXLGaming also prides itself on having some
great staff members. Each one of our staff members
takes their commitment to the site seriously and
holds a lot of pride in our leagues and community.
